The Frankfort-Schuyler Elementary K-Kids Club recently held their End of the School Year Celebration, wrapping up their community service projects for the year and preparing to send their fifth grade members off to the Middle School.

On May 23, the fifth grade K-Kids members visited the Herkimer County Humane Society to deliver food, supplies and toys they had collected as part of a donation drive that the club held at the beginning of May. While at the Humane Society, the students were also able to visit and play with several of the cats and dogs that are still looking for “fur-ever” homes.

Following their visit the Humane Society, the group traveled to the Frankfort Marina where they joined members of the Frankfort Kiwanis Club for a BBQ celebration!
