11/12/19 - Utica Comets Hockey Players Visit Frankfort-Schuyler K-Kids
On Nov. 12, two Utica Comets hockey players paid a visit to the K-Kids at Frankfort-Schuyler.
K-Kids is a community service club for elementary students, sponsored by the Frankfort Kiwanis Club. K-Club students in grades 3-5 were there for the visit from Utica Comets goaltender Richard Bachman and defenseman Guillaume Brisebois. The players spoke about their journeys to becoming professional hockey players, did a Q&A session with the students and signed autographs. Each student also received a magnetic Utica Comets season calendar.
There was also a group of middle school students in attendance from the Builders Club, also sponsored by the Frankfort Kiwanis Club. The Builders Club students played a game of floor hockey with Bachman.
